Who we are
We provide strategic guidance to families navigating complex school discipline and academic placement decisions. With more than two decades of experience in public education and student support, we understand how school systems operate — and how easily parents can feel overwhelmed by policy, process, and high-stakes meetings.
Our work focuses on helping elementary families, particularly those raising neurodivergent students, prepare thoughtfully and advocate effectively in situations involving suspensions, 504/IEP behavior overlaps, and retention concerns. We believe advocacy does not require escalation — it requires clarity, preparation, and steady communication.
Our goal is simple: to help parents approach school decisions with confidence, structure, and a clear plan forward.
